Please contact with us at email@example.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 14 business days of receipt of the product.
If the RMA is approved, a RMA # will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with information on how to return the product to KARMA.
Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility All item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags including any accessories shipped with the product.
KARMA requires that you:
Insure your package, If you are shipping an item over $100, for safe return to KARMA or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to, you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product during shipping.
